Please join us for a public talk by David Mimno, Hunting for Topics: How we Search and What We Find.

mimnoDavid Mimno is Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Cornell University and chief maintainer for MALLET, a Machine Learning for Language Toolkit. He is one of the principal architects behind the widespread use of topic modeling in the digital humanities. In his visit, he will speak on both the critical and practical dimensions of topic modeling.
